This is by far the kindest and most caring team I’ve ever encountered. They are genuinely attentive and make you feel truly supported throughout your treatment. I drove a little over an hour, three times a week, because the care was truly worth it. This was my second time receiving care here, and I will continue to return because the results have been incredible. The first time, I came in with severe lower back pain from a car accident, my spine had even shifted slightly due to the intensity of the pain. I’ve been going to Atlanta Innovative Medicine for over a year now and to say they have helped me to live a healthier and happier life is an understatement. As someone with an autoimmune disease, the IV Ozone treatment has made a huge difference in my symptoms and pain. I didn’t even realize how much of a difference it had made until I missed making an appointment and had a huge flare up of symptoms that then required months of steroids to get the inflammation back under control. They are so nice, so helpful, and work really hard to get you in and out for your treatments in a timely manner. Nurse Practitioner Jessica in particular is an angel who is so incredible at what she does. Anyone who ends up under her care is lucky! I went to Atlanta Innovative Medicine for shoulder pain that was ongoing for about 6 months. In 11 treatments over 2 months, my shoulder is very much improved and I am ecstatic with my results! Molly at reception is super kind and helpful, Jessica who did my injections was very thorough and has great bedside manner, and PT was always a good time with Chris and Arsenio! I’m so happy with my treatment at Atlanta Innovative Medicine. My husband and I travel from another state to receive treatment and we are extremely happy. The staff is very professional and informative. They all go above and beyond with patient care. Jessica was the nurse assigned to us for our treatment and we are so thankful for her care and professionalism. At each appointment we felt understood, safe, and better. The environment is so peaceful and clean. We feel such an improvement with our health. We are excited to return to continue our treatment. I went in to see Dr. Mercante for neck pain after several visits they had me feeling a lot better. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and friendly and their innovative procedures are state of the art. I would highly recommend giving them a visit, whether it be for an injury, or just for regular maintenance. I will continue treating with them in the future if the need ever arises.
